Rex Dula, LPCS/C

I started my journey in the field of mental health at the University of South Carolina where I obtained my B.A. in Psychology. Following this, I attended Webster University where I completed my master’s degree in Counseling prior to becoming licensed as an LPCA here in South Carolina.

As part of the LGBTQIA+ community I specialize in LGBTQIA+ issues including working with trans individuals at all stages of transition. Some of my other specialties include BDSM and Kink work, trauma, and relationships. I have also worked in many other areas of mental health from victims’ services to child welfare and have treated a wide variety of disorders including complex trauma and PTSD, Personality Disorders, Dissociative Disorders, and more. I have worked with adults and children from ages 4 to age 93 and I have a passion for couples work as well.

We all need support and a place where we can be ourselves without fear of judgment. I strive to make this “that place” for everyone who walks through my door.
