At my core, I am a helper - and I take that seriously. I am not here to hand you answers or tell you what healing should look like. I am here to sit with you in the hard and uncomfortable moments, ask the questions worth asking, and trust that you are more capable than you might feel right now.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief, addiction, and the weight of major life transitions. My clients include first responders, veterans, military families, young adults, and people struggling with their sense of self.​

I draw on CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed frameworks, and I integrate faith and spirituality into the work when it is meaningful to the client. I also work experientially - meaning we do not just talk about what is hard, we find new ways to sit with it, process it, and move through it. The work we do together is grounded in what matters most to you: your values, your beliefs, and your vision of who you want to be.

I am collaborative, direct, and genuinely curious about people. I will challenge you when it serves you and hold space when that is what you need. I believe the relationship itself is part of the medicine, that something real happens when a person finally feels like they do not have to perform, manage, or explain themselves. That is the space I try to create, and it is the work I show up for every day.
