It is my goal to provide an empathic and nonjudgmental environment for you to come as you are and share whatever is on your mind. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey – to help you work through things that have happened in your life that have kept you stuck, learn more effective coping strategies, establish healthy boundaries, develop a better understanding of yourself and why you do the things you do, and to discover how to manage your emotions in a way that is helpful to you. My office is a safe space for you.

I am passionate about working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, as well as working with couples who are experiencing challenging relationships dynamics and changes.  I use a combination of Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, attachment theory, and the Gottman Method to help my clients work through the relational challenges we all experience in the way they feel is the best for them.

In my spare time, I enjoy taking my dog to the beach, playing golf, and paddle boarding with my husband. I'm a huge bookworm, usually reading 2-3 books at any given time. Fun fact about me, I hate ketchup and bacon.

I am providing virtual only appointments at this time.
