We offer individual therapy for clients ages 10+ who are struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral struggles, chronic mental health struggles, spiritual crises, issues relating to sexuality and those that just trying to find the “right path”. We will work together to create a treatment plan that is right for your needs and your personal goals. 

We also offer therapy for couples, no matter what your relationship status may be or orientation, focusing on improving communication skills, re-establishing trust, and restoring the love that may have been lost. 

We often feel alone and that no one understands our struggle and from the therapist point of view, we can attest that that belief is simply not true. However, you need to feel and experience that for yourself. Being a part of a support group with a shared experience can be validating, powerful and healing. We aim to create that community of support to reduce those feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing, comfort, and releases tension.  It has been effective in helping to support a greater sense of peace and well-being.

It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use.
