Bridget Beggs, Intern

If past experiences still feel like they’re holding you back—whether it’s lingering effects of trauma, difficulties trusting or connecting in relationships, or the exhaustion from navigating life—I’m here to help you find relief and reclaim a sense of ease and wholeness.

Many people carry invisible burdens from early wounds, relational patterns, or feeling “different” in a world that doesn’t always understand. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck in old reactions, or unsure how to break free from cycles that no longer serve you. I specialize in supporting adults just like you: those ready to gently process trauma, heal attachment injuries, and embrace suspected neurodiversity with compassion rather than shame.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed—I meet you exactly where you are, at your pace, creating a safe space where all parts of your story are welcome. We work together to make sense of what’s been hard, reduce the emotional charge of painful experiences, and build tools for more regulated, connected living. I often incorporate EMDR to help reprocess stuck memories safely and effectively, alongside attachment-focused insights and practical strategies.

What draws me to this work is a deep belief in the power of healing through genuine connection and understanding. Having walked alongside many people through life’s toughest chapters, I’m passionate about helping you discover your own strengths and rewrite the next part of your story with hope.

I have extensive experience in trauma-informed care from over a decade in roles supporting children, families, and individuals through crisis, advocacy adoption and foster care. I’m also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and happy to weave in matters of faith when it feels right for you—though it’s always your lead.

If this resonates and you’re ready to take a step toward healing, I’d be honored to hear from you. Let’s explore how we can work together.
