Caroline Martin,  LPCA

At my core, I am a helper. I believe healing is a deeply personal process, shaped by your unique experiences, strengths, and values. My role is not to provide answers, but to help you discover your own—offering a consistent, compassionate presence as you explore, grieve, grow, and reclaim your story. I approach this work with respect, humility, and the belief that meaningful change happens through trust, consistency, and human connection.

I specialize in trauma, grief, and co-occurring disorders, supporting adolescents and adults facing PTSD, addiction, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions. My approach is flexible and responsive—no two sessions are exactly alike. I work to meet each client where they are, drawing on a range of methods to align with their needs, goals, and capacity at the moment.

My style is empathetic and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based approaches like Mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and DBT with a trauma-informed, person-centered lens. Whether I’m working with first responders, veterans, teens, or trauma survivors, I hold space for people to feel acknowledged, accepted, and empowered to move forward. I believe healing starts in the presence of real connection—where people feel seen, heard, and safe without fear of judgment.
