Be Still & Breathe Life....
Zack Harrill, Intern
Making the decision to begin counseling can be difficult, that’s why as a counselor my main focus is to be welcoming, friendly, and down to earth.
I take a collaborative approach with clients so they can reach their full potential and achieve wellness. It is my goal to provide a safe space where clients can express emotions, communicate life events, speak about trauma, and build the tools necessary to navigate difficulties in their lives.
Through personal experience with addiction and years of working in the mental health field, I have developed a passion for working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and depression. If you find yourself feeling stuck and needing someone to talk to, I am here to listen to you and help you navigate through these
challenges so that you can have a better tomorrow. I also believe that exercise can have a huge impact on mental health.
Outside of counseling sessions, my hobbies include running, lifting, and cross training. My fiancé and I try to get outdoors as much as possible by taking our dog on walks and going to the beach.
