My name is Ameika and I'm so happy and honored to be a part of the Breathe Life Team. I am a graduate intern at Webster University, pursuing my master's degree in professional counseling. I strive to focus on and embrace person-centered and reality therapy while offering you a safe and comfortable environment to be who you are. In collaboration with each client, I hope to incorporate and include the holistic viewpoint proposed here at Breathe Life and encourage each client to recognize the potential within as they evolve and embody what's already there. My belief is that everyone already has the answer or solution they desire in difficult situations, and it is my job to help them find and apply those solutions to their life. I look forward to helping each client to reach their true potential as we journey together through this thing called life.
