Coming in May 2024

I work from a person-centered approach to create a safe environment where clients can not only be their authentic self, but be an environment where they can feel safe to share what's going on with their life.  My areas of interest include men's health (toxic masculinity), anxiety, depression, pornography/sex addiction, LGBTQIA+, drastic life changes, interpersonal challenges, college students, and trauma.

Accompanying me in sessions is Charlie, a Cavalier King Charlie Spaniel. Charlie is a certified therapy dog through Alliance of Therapy Dogs.  He is a sucker for a good cuddle and would love to your friend.

For fun, I love to take Charlie to Sullivan's Island to walk, play, and read a good book in the summer sun. I love spending time with my family on the weekends. Charlie and I also love to garden together and making our home colorful with many flowers. I am a big fan of Harry Potter, several shows on Netflix, and consider myself a bookworm. I am not ashamed to say that I love my Stanley cup #stanleyforlife.
